I recently hosted two events at The Yards: a dinner and party for approx. 300 guests and a small pickleball tournament - both as part of our conference nearby at the Sawgrass Marriott. The dinner and party could not have been better! Plenty of room, incredible weather, lots of activities for our guests - no one wanted to leave at the end of the night!

Our pickleball tournament went very well, too - thanks to Sigrid, the staff member who organized us :).

Caroline and the rest of the staff at The Yards were all professional and friendly. The facility was clean and inviting. All of the vendors we worked with were suggested to us by Caroline, and they were all great. I highly recommend hosting an event at The Yards!

We held a fundraiser event at The Yards, in partnership with the Down Syndrome Association. The venue was perfect for our "Tees, Tacos, & Tequila" theme. We opened up the garage style doors between the indoor and outdoor space which completely changed the atmosphere. Anna and her team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be hosting other corporate events here and highly recommend them for your events, too.

Our golf tournaments sell out every year because of the professionalism of the staff at The Yards. I will continue to all my golf tournaments there and highly recommend it to all companies planning their next event.

We hosted our Navy Khaki Ball at the Yards and it was amazing! Lori and her team were extremely helpful. Anything we needed leading up to the event and even the day of, Lori made sure to make it happen. She even assisted us in setting up our centerpieces. The guests loved the indoor/outdoor vibe. We would definitely book again and recommend this venue to anyone hosting an event. Prices and staff were great, and the venue was really clean!

The Greenhouse at the Yards is a fabulous venue! We had the most wonderful high school sports banquet for 200 people and Caroline and her team were responsive, flexible and amazing to work with. The inside/outside environment at this venue offers so many opportunities for large, multi-age groups - so many options to keep everyone entertained and engaged. The facility comes set up and we just added the final touches. Highly recommend this venue!

We recently hosted the Mission House Grazie Gala at The Yards at TPC, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The venue itself is stunning—perfect for creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere that suited our event beautifully.

A special shoutout to Caroline, the event coordinator, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly organized throughout the entire planning process. When we had to come up with a last-minute rain plan, she handled everything seamlessly, making the necessary adjustments without a hitch. Her calm demeanor and ability to manage changes under pressure were a lifesaver.

Thanks to the team at The Yards and Caroline’s dedication, our event was a huge success, and we raised over $145,000 for Mission House. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a well-organized, professional, and beautiful event space!

Hosted an amazing closing reception last week, Caroline and her team made it so easy for us to plan a 325++ person event remotely, not to mention one of the best receptions we've hosted to date!

The Yards is an incredible and absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding at!! My husband and I just got married April 26th and it couldn’t have been more wonderful and perfect. From the beginning, Caroline Clements sealed the deal for us. She was charismatic, eager, graceful, and knowledgeable. Anytime I emailed her a question, she immediately responded and was so helpful!
